Your photographer assignments are saved in PhotoDay. Player selections on this device help you focus on the correct athletes; they do not change or delete assignments. Smart RAW Import uses the scheduled game, photographer and photo timestamps. Actual game timing must be reviewed if the schedule changes.

Player unknown? Choose No player assigned / general game photos. CR3 and JPG camera originals can be uploaded without identifying players first. Each photo preserves the uploader/photographer credit; player assignment comes later.
JPG, PNG, TIFF, or camera RAW • Up to 90 MB per file. RAW files are stored even if no thumbnail appears: look for RAW UPLOADED ✓ and the Original download button. You can attach a matching small JPG preview to a selected RAW; this does not replace or modify its CR3.
Select photo checkboxes below, then send the original to your linked Lightroom account.
Select an original camera photo to send. An edited-only JPG cannot be sent with this function.
Ready. Select one CR3 or JPG original, click Send, and the upload result will appear here. Use Check transfer status before retrying an uncertain upload.
Required layer before you upload: PLAYER_PHOTO — Smart Object.
Optional text layers: TEAM_NAME, PLAYER_NAME, JERSEY_NUMBER. Keep the photo window and masks in your PSD. The renderer preserves the game background and fills that photo window. Photoshop checks the layer types when rendering.
Assigned photos use each player’s saved name, team and jersey number automatically. These fields apply only to photos without a player assignment. Each photo creates one design. Choose another template to create more designs.
Use selected action photos in the existing player design studio too.
Studio job sync has not been connected yet. RAW files can be uploaded through PhotoDay; downloading assigned batches, automated player ID, culling, cropping, and enhancement require the next integration.
Use the GameDay selection to review recorded sessions and uploaded action photos. A unified processing-status dashboard will be connected when Studio job sync is implemented.
Checking connection…
Use your existing Adobe connection to send/import Lightroom Cloud photographs. Your camera originals stay preserved.
Lightroom account access is separate from Adobe Auto Tone processing, which is not enabled by this connection.
Counts below come from your PhotoDay workspace. Other services will be connected individually.
Each service keeps its own workflow and shooting technique.
School, league, team and individual portraits. Rosters, picture days, designs and parent galleries.
Tournament photography, game schedules, onsite capture, team identification and same-day workflows.
Individual player coverage with QR requests, staff approval, capacity planning and paid-only bookings.
Planned storefront for custom sports graphics, team apparel, banners and keepsake prints.
Games being photographed on the selected date. Completed games turn green.
Open Event Day → Orders to view available order records. Unified order summaries will be connected later.
Matched PhotoDay photos, Event Day photos/designs, and manual uploads can all live in the same permanent player collection without duplicating the R2 file.
Search permanent player profiles across all PhotoDay and Event Day work.
Open a player to manage their profile photo, private parent link, and full photo/design collection.
Paid or complimentary numbered spaces. The parent can choose a template in any empty space.
Virtual collection — existing R2 photos/designs are referenced, not copied.
Sell prepaid 5/10/15/20-design packs, let parents choose protected templates, and manage each numbered design space from request to final.
Your existing folder organization is preserved. Import JPG/PNG previews from those folders; PhotoDay automatically makes a low-quality watermarked copy for clients.
Requests from parents and bulk assignments appear here. Upload a protected ready preview, then the parent can submit Date / Time / Location changes.
Assign the same pack of templates to one player, a whole team, or every client. Existing prepaid empty slots are used first.
Owner/Admin only. Set the discounted price for 5, 10, 15, and 20 design spaces. A successful Stripe payment automatically creates the numbered spaces in that Player Folder.

Add your domain in Resend and verify its sending DNS records in Cloudflare. Add RESEND_API_KEY as a secret on the checkout Worker, set EMAIL_ORGANIZATION_ID to your organization ID, and add a cron trigger every minute. Use Checkout Worker v5 and run 026_ORDER_EMAIL_SETUP.sql. Add the Resend delivery webhook to track delivery and complete digital orders automatically.
Use the included README_V12_43_22_EMAIL_SETUP.txt for the exact steps. Keep the API key in the Worker secrets.
Create as many sale variants as you need. Example: 8×10 Individual Print, Individual Digital File, 8×10 Memory Mate Print, or 10×8 Team Photo Print.

Replace the photos on your Manager dashboard without touching event records, players or payments.
Choose a new image or reset to the included image.
Use a public image URL; private PhotoDay/R2 gallery links are not supported here. Your original media library is unchanged.Ready to customize.
For best results, use horizontal images for the banner (1800×500 or wider), medium landscape images for the four service cards, and a transparent PNG for your logo. Uploads are resized for a faster dashboard.
PhotoDay never stores an R2 secret key in the browser. Your Worker has a direct private binding to photoday-originals and verifies your Supabase login before accepting an upload.
PhotoDay stores every imported photo under the team you selected and backs the original up to your private R2 bucket. No jersey analysis, player matching, or Review step runs in the field workflow.
The cloud is now the primary database. You can still export event/team/player metadata as a JSON safety copy.
